Just north of Minocqua and only a block off of 51, yet feels miles away.

A Sound Bath that you can feel with your specially designed sound massage pillows that vibrate in harmony with sound therapy frequencies and music. These vibrations helps to melt away bodily tension, pain, and stress to restore overall wellness.

Benefits include stress reduction, improved circulation, optimize breathing, enhanced memory, and pain relief.

Included in the session are individual sound massage pillows, cozy blankets, Reiki, nature sounds, guided breathwork meditation, and aromatherapy.
